In life we will come upon negative situations. Not absorbing or reflecting the negativity is our way of helping the situation.
These past two weeks, I have been in Brazil at the Casa and working with John of God. While walking to The Casa by myself one afternoon, I passed by one of our favorite eating places, called Cafe Central. The owner is nothing short of a saint…I am sure of it.
She had two chalkboards leaning up against her café. One was a sweet message saying that they open at 6pm, and mentioning some of her specials.
The other one had a wonderful quote I want to share with you:
“Being negative only makes a negative situation worse. We may have been given a cactus, but we don’t have to sit on it.” ~Will Foley
