I think just about all of the saints and prophets from the Old Testament would be considered outcasts or madmen today. (That’s not to say they weren’t back in the day…)
During this time of rededication and lighting of the candles, try to remember one of those who resembled the Light of God in your life, who taught you a valuable lesson of honoring God’s words and His Commandments. These are the saints that walk amongst us.
