I am Michael Hoare. For 18 years, I have worked to help people address and resolve issues related to death, unhealthy relationships, addictions of all kinds, physical, mental and emotional abuse and incest. I have lived through these issues firsthand. It has taken me years to come to terms with the negative experiences in my own life, and my passion now is to help others who are similarly wounded work through their issues by relying on the principle of Ah-Man.
Who among us has not experienced some level of trauma or pain? The real key is not how much we were impacted by the trauma, but how we handled the situation and ourselves. Did we blame God, self or others? Did we rationalize or justify our reactions? Are we still reliving what happened year ago or pretending it never happened?
When you are reminded of your negative past experiences, feelings of fear, resentment and anger unrelated to your current life situation can creep up, and it is possible that you will react in the same way that you did when the original experienced occurred.
The crucial question is this: how do you get past these reactionary behaviors? The answer is that you must reconnect with your heart and then to Ah-Man.
